ÃÛÌÒÉç Celebrates Women’s HERstory Month with Inspiring Events

ÃÛÌÒÉç (RCC) proudly celebrates Women’s HERstory Month 2025 with a series of engaging and empowering events throughout March. Organized by the RCC Women’s HERstory Month Committee, this year’s programming honors the contributions of women while fostering education, creativity, and community dialogue.

The month’s events include:

  • Safety and Self-Defense Talk – Learn valuable skills for personal safety on Thursday, March 6, from 12:30 to 2 PM in the Hall of Fame.
  • Erin Reddick Talk/Q&A – Engage in an insightful conversation with guest speaker Erin Reddick on Monday, March 10, from 12:30 to 2 PM in the Hall of Fame.
  • Bracelet Making – Unleash your creativity and craft your own bracelet on Wednesday, March 12, starting at 10 AM in the Quad Courtyard (while supplies last).
  • Display Chalk-Walk – Join an interactive art display celebrating women’s voices from Tuesday, March 11, to Thursday, March 13 in the Quad Courtyard.

RCC Women’s HERstory Month Committee invites students, faculty, staff, and the community to participate in these events, which highlight the resilience, achievements, and ongoing struggles of women throughout history.
